  1. The Hulk

No. of Reps: 20

How to do it : Try touching your shoulder blades together keeping your elbows bent and fists in front together. Move your arms on the back like wings.

2. Hamstring Curl 

No. of Reps: 20

How to do it : Just bring one foot up towards your rear and remember to keep your arms straight so that your hands are down when the foot is up.

3. Knee Lift

No. of Reps: 20

How to do it : Just lift your knee in the front as your arms go down.

4. Hallelujah 

No. of Reps: 20

How to do it : Over here, yelling ‘Hallelujah’ is optional. Sweep your arms side-to-side above your head and down again.

5. Punching

How to do it : Keep punching with alternating arms simultaneously rocking your foot to foot.

6. Desk Push Ups :

No. of Reps: 20

How to do it : By placing your hands on the desk and keeping them at a distance of shoulder width, push yourself with as much force as you can.

7. Raise the roof :

No. of Reps: 20

How to do it : Remember the marching position you did in school? In this exercise also you have to march in the same place. Push your palms upwards towards the ceiling. You can also increase the difficulty level by placing a water bottle on your palms.
