Recognize Your Body Type

There are people with distinctively 3 body types .

Ectomorph : Those who lack muscle mass or body fat .

Mesomorph : The one’s who usually have a well developed musculature physique .

Endomorph : The one’s with a dominance of body fat .

Now noticing the following features , you can recognize your body type :

    • Faster muscle growth .

    • Easier to gain or lose weight .

    • Usually have a muscular body .

    • Easier to gain fats

    • Have broad shoulders and an athletic physique .

    • High muscle definition and a hard body .

  3. Endomorph :

The appropriate type of workout and diet for your body type : 

  1. Ectomorph :

    • Lift heavy weights .

    • Workout should be short but intense .

    • Cardio activities should be minimum .

    • Prefer eating something before sleeping to avoid muscle catabolism .

  2. Mesomorph :

    • Longer sessions of weight training .

    • Regular cardio training but not as much as strength training .

    • Be observant about your calorie intake .

  3. Endomorph :

    • Lift heavy weights .

    • Have small meals in a day ( 5-6 meals ) .

    • Cardio also should be done daily for at least 30 mins .

    • Keep track of your calorie intake .

    • Do not over eat .
